Hello, my name is Katherine (Kate) Polacek, and I am a senior at Lake Travis High School. I have started my own online clothing boutique, and I have worked as a social media intern for the Texas Tennis Museum and Hall of Fame. 

My name is Zaid Ahmed, I am in 11th grade at Lake Travis High School and I am involved in clubs such as DECA and HOSA. DECA allows me to pursue the life of an entrepreneur and get real world experience of what it’s like to run a business. Additionally, HOSA let’s me take on a medical profession and see what it is like to help people in a way that makes a big impact in their lives.

I'm a senior at Vista Ridge High School where I'm active in photography, robotics, and DECA.

Hi, my name is Kristina Whitwell. I am 17 years old, have three siblings, two dogs, and am interesting in majoring in Finance and Marketing when I continue my educational career in college.

Hey I’m Tihar, a senior at LTHS in Austin, Texas. I am passionate about computer science, electrical engineering, and business. I enjoy immersing myself in projects while learning new skills and gaining experience.

I’m a Senior at Lake Travis High School, my favorite class is Biology, and one of my hobbies is studying foreign languages! I’m interested in genetically modified crops right now, especially species that grow in extreme climates, and how we can use that to aid development in countries that import most of their food. I have learned a lot about it, especially through podcast episodes on the topic. Originally, I was introduced to this through an APES project and while researching for Debate.

I am an undergraduate in my senior year of getting a B.A. in Biology at NYU. I grew up in the UAE. Currently I work in a genetics lab where we research DNA transcription and repair, with applications to therapies in cancer and autoimmune neuropathies.

I am an assistant professor of Islamic History at the University of Toronto. I received my PhD from the joint program in History and Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University. My current project, expanding on my doctoral research, examines ideas about gossip, sin and slander in the literature of the Zuhd movement and related discourses, including homiletic ḥadīth, ritual law, and exegesis. 

Started his career in SAP and has become a well known name in the SAP industry in Bangladesh, East India, & Vietnam. He closed deals in Bangladesh & Asia Pacific region in 2014-2016. He has completed B.Sc. in computer Science & Engineering from AUST, MBA on going in MIS from UOS, and completed Leadership Course from EY Academy, Netherlands.

I earned degrees in both computer science and information systems from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar.
